The Uniqueness of Christianity
Are all religions the same? Does Christianity offer the same as Hinduism, Buddhism, or Islam? What about the Bible? Is it any different to other holy books like the Koran? Was Jesus just a good teacher, a good man, or a fake and a liar?
The gospel is summarised in these three Bible quotations;
"All have sinned and come short of the glory of God"
"Christ died for our sins"
"Believe on the Lord Jesus Christ and you will be saved"
For an overview of the uniqueness of the Christian message we recommend the following;

We are active in and around the local community in various outreaches for different age groups. Below you will find an overview of what we are doing.
The gospel tent
Most summers since 1966 a Tent has been pitched in and around Bicester for the preaching of the gospel. Next year, 2019, our Tent meetings will run from 9th June to 7th July, with evangelists John Fleck and Andrew Steele (both Northern Ireland). In 2018 we were in Caversfield. Check back soon to see details of our location for 2019.
Every week we run a Sunday School (12:45-1:45 pm) and a Tuesday night children's meeting (6:30-7:30 PM). Every fortnight we run TruthSeekers for kids aged 11+ (7:30-9:00 pm). Twice a year we run a week of special children's meetings called Bicester Bible Explorers. This year it starts on Mon 10th Sept at 6:30pm. Transport is provided to all of these events.
New to Bicester and wanting to learn english? Interested in improving your employment opportunities? ESL (English as a Second Language) is for you! Every Wednesday night during terms times, we hold a class in Hebron Gospel Hall from 7:30-9:00. We follow a textbook and also use a popular Bible version. All are welcome. Click below to see syllabus and sign up.
Every second Friday of the month we run a youth group called TruthSeekers for Secondary school age children and teenagers. We normally have activities, a message and then finish with some food. Once a quarter we have a special event such as a Barbecue or a Games night.
